According to the Public Relations Department of Hamgam Industrial Group, Ali Shariati, author and Masnavi researcher, stated in a gathering of the managers and supervisors of the Hamgam Industrial Group:
“In the early days, upon meeting Engineer Jabbarzare, I realized that I had become acquainted with a highly capable manager. I work on translating Nahj al-Balagha and conduct research on the Masnavi, but along this path I need certain information and data—information that I obtain from successful managers. These managers are like the pillars of a tent; without them, the structure collapses. They are leaders who have learned throughout their work journey to establish order and system in this world so they can achieve success.”
He continued:
“God has established a precise and orderly system in this universe, and even illness is a part of God’s justice. Sometimes we step out of a safe path, while God intends to guide the world toward a safe point — in simpler terms, to update it. This is what we call divine decree. At times, God uses poverty or illness to show us that we are drifting away from the right path. If we return, He grants us everything we desire; but if we do not, that decree turns into punishment.”
Shariati added in this regard:
“For example, during my visit to the Hamgam factory, I saw the press machines, which operate using the pressure of several pistons. This entire project can be considered a system: if the worker does not perform the required action, or does something else instead, the machine will not function properly and may even lead to unfortunate incidents. This process represents a form of justice, as it prevents potential damage.”
He said:
“We often take refuge in actions driven by fear, yet these very actions only increase our suffering. It is like a famine striking a region, and instead of helping one another, people withhold support and turn to hoarding and overpricing because of the shortage—without realizing that withholding kindness from others only deepens the famine. Therefore, whatever appears in our lives, we must respond with its opposite. For example, when the weather becomes cold, we warm our environment; we neutralize things by using their opposite. So, when hardships arise, we should never pass those hardships on to others.”
In conclusion, Ali Shariati stated:
“If Engineer Jabbarzare were to tell me he wants to move Mount Damavand, I would believe him, because I know he follows the laws that govern creation. And when you stand beside a successful manager, their influence on you is just as powerful. Good friends and good leaders are blessings; when we appreciate them and work together with love and dedication, we can achieve great success.”
