Mohammadreza Jabbarzare, CEO of Hamgam Holding, during his visit to the 7th Sadra Event at Najafabad Branch of Islamic Azad University, expressed his satisfaction with the remarkable progress in collaboration between industry and academia, describing the event as a valuable opportunity for students to explore suitable career paths.

According to the provincial reporter of Iscanews from Najafabad, Jabbarzare shared his views in an exclusive interview during the visit. Expressing his delight at the scale and quality of the event, he said: “This is the first year I have visited this event, and I truly could not believe the level of progress achieved here, with such strong connections between industry and knowledge. My colleagues had previously attended this event and spoke very highly of its atmosphere, which raised my expectations even further.”

He also highlighted the pioneering role of Najafabad Branch of Islamic Azad University in this field, adding:
“This university is commendable for organizing this event. Today, it has reached a national level, but its beginnings, which started here at this university, are very valuable and worthy of respect. I truly enjoyed this experience.”

Jabbarzare then addressed the challenges in linking science and industry, stating:
“In my view, we face a national weakness in the connection between universities and industry.”

He concluded by adding:
“Universities and industry often operate separately. Organizing events like this provides an opportunity for face-to-face interaction between industry and academia, where achievements can be showcased. Such events serve as an excellent platform for students to identify the right paths for their future careers.”
